I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most of the times this happens because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available. Please make sure to always check the spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email.

We accept all major credit cards and our checkout system is 100% Secure. You can shop with confidence. 

How much does shipping cost?

Our flat rate for standard shipping are between $3 and $6. Orders over $99 always ship free.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email.

All orders are processed in up to 72 hours.  All orders are processed in up to 72 hours. Domestic orders typically take 8-12 days from when they were placed to be delivered (depending on where you are located).

How can I cancel an order?

You can request order cancellation after 2 hours. After this time, our system processes it so you will have to wait to receive it and return it to get your money back. 

Do you offer free delivery / shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over $99

. Free shipping will automatically be applied to qualifying orders—no code required!

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives?

For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof , a picture of the incorrect items will suffice (max 1MB image size). We will be more than happy to reship the correct items with no extra cost and we will not ask for you to return the item that was wrongly sent! You may keep it as a gift from us.

What can I do if my package gets lost?

Please contact our Customer Care department to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
